HARVEST THANK YOU’S   THANK YOU to all who decorated the church so beautifully for Harvest, to all who provided harvest gifts of food, flowers or finance, to the one who created the lovely posies to be given away, to all who helped on Monday #morning to take around the flower posies and the food to the food bank, and to the Lord of the Harvest who loves and sustains us all! £444.91 was collected for TearFund.  [If you brought your gifts in a basket and would like it returned   please collect it from the shelf under the bookstall.]

NEW STUDY NOTES ON HEBREWS    Study notes are now available for sessions 5-10 for small group study following our sermon series on Hebrews. Pick up enough copies for each member of your group.

 MISSION QUIZ   Peter Chamberlain will be at the back of the Church after all services today selling the new Mission Quiz: “Can-Kan”   £1 each.

CHILDRENS’ SOCIETY AUTUMN QUIZ    The Autumn Quiz, “Who Said That?” is now on sale, price £1, from Committee members or from John on 318415

ENCS FAMILY FUN AFTERNOON SAT 13 OCT, FULL GOSPEL CHURCH, 2pm    Bouncy Castle, Snakes and Lizards from Noah’s Ark, and the usual stalls, as well as tea and biscuits there will also be burgers.


BANGERS AND BEETLES: SATURDAY 27 OCTOBER, CHURCH HALL 7pm     Join us for a Beetle Drive—a fun family event, with sausages and other refreshments raising money for our mission funds.    £3 adults; children half price. Prizes and refreshments!

JAZZ PLUS and SUPPER—SATURDAY 17 NOVEMBER 7.30pm    Friends of St Mary’s Concert: Jazz Plus with a Supper will be held in the Church Hall in November. More details still to come; tickets soon. All welcome.

This form provides your up-to-date contact information as well as keeping us in line with data protection laws. If we do NOT have a signed permission form from you, we will not be able to retain information on how to contact you in the future.

PORTABLE APPLIANCE TESTING (PAT)—WEDNESDAY 31 OCTOBER Our contractor for PAT will be on site on Wednesday 31 October.   All portable electrical items in church and halls will be checked.  If you have any personal items that are used on church premises please take advantage of this safety check opportunity.
